Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is stored within the European Union (EU) on infrastructure that meets all applicable GDPR data residency requirements. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU without appropriate safeguards in place.

We follow a documented incident response process that covers detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
